ISPO Australia Webmaster

Grant Crosthwaite, received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Strathclyde following a previous career in avionics. He has worked privately and within the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom before migrating to Australia in 2000. Since then Grant has worked for a private prosthetics facility, a large international company in a technical sales role and for the Queensland Amputee Limb Service. Currently Grant is a Prosthetist/Orthotist within Queensland Health.

Grant has been a member of ISPO Australia since 2005 and recently volunteered to update and maintain the ISPO Australia website. This is Grant's first term on the executive of ISPO Australia.

Grant believes any organisation needs to communicate effectively with its members. He sees the website is an opportunity to pass relevant information to interested persons in a timely manner. As the ISPO Australia webmaster, Grant looks forward to finding ways to work with other members of the Executive Committee to get news to members and the wider ISPO Community in a more timely way.
