Sue Fraser

ISPO Australia Membership Coordinator

Sue Fraser graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (Honours) after having firstly completed a Bachelor of Science. After working as a locum at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne, Sue moved to Brisbane in 2001 to work for Queensland Health where she is now the Senior Rehabilitation Prosthetist/Orthotist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Sue became a member of ISPO ANMS in 2005 and since this time has been a member of the Executive committee and Membership Coordinator. In 2009, Sue co-convened the highly successful annual scientific meeting at the Gold Coast.

Sue believes ISPO provides clinicians and health care practitioners with the means to continually update their skills and improve service delivery via numerous avenues including education opportunities and the dissemination of up-to date research activities via their journal.   As the Membership Coordinator, Sue feels it is essential that membership be easily attainable and queries are handled in a timely manner to ensure all involved benefit greatly from being a member of ISPO.
