Australian members should be advised that the Convening committee of the World Congress to be held iin Vancouver in 2007, have released their advice to exhibitors.

1500 delegates are expected to attend the scientific program and exhibition. This will be your premier opportunity to present your company's products and services to local, national, and international delegates covering all aspects of prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation worldwide.

Space assignment will be provided on a first-come first-served basis. Please review the floor plan and list of exhibitor booth allocations for the latest information on space availability at the congress website. You are encouraged to complete the exhibit space contract and return it by fax with your booth choice. Each 10' x 10' (3m x 3m) display space will be provided with a draped backdrop and side-rails, a 6' skirted table, two chairs, one 120 volt/ 750 watt power duplex, daily aisle cleaning, daily refreshments, 24 hour exhibit hall security, and a complete Exhibitor Service Kit 90 days prior to the event dates .

• Exhibits Open: Sunday, July 29th 14:00 – 1 8 : 00 (Opening Reception inside the Exhibit Hall) Monday, July 30th - Thursday, August 2nd 10:00 - 16:00
• Tear-Down: Thursday, August 2nd 16:00 – Midnight
