New Australian Fellow of the Society

Former ISPO ANMS President and current member of the International Executive of ISPO Ms. Margaret Hodge, will soon be figuring out how to edit her email signature*, thanks to her recent elevation to Fellowship of the Society. The nomination was unanimously approved at the International Board's executive meeting in early December, 2007.

In her nomination, the Board was reminded of countless hours of contribution spanning around two decades Ms. Hodge's contribution to several advanced courses, scientific meetings and many roles on the National Executive were recognised. Her wider contribution to the profession was also part of the nomination criteria.

In his correspondence to the Australian Executive, ISPO Honourary Secretary, Mr. John Michael said “Ms. Hodge worked tirelessly towards the Society's objectives” and “Ms. Hodge has also contributed tirelessly to professional matters outside of her ISPO work. She has dedicated a substantial portion of her life to this work.”

Ms. Hodge continues to work with the society in her new role as member of the international executive.
