ISPO Australia's Outreach Program is regarded internationally as one of the most active and successful outreach programs of its kind.

The Outreach Committee of ISPO Australia aims to promote prosthetics and orthotics education and service delivery for low-income countries in the Pacific region. Membership is from interested members of ISPO and meet at regular intervals throughout the year via teleconferences. The Chair of the committee is coopted onto the ISPO executive. Countries considered to be within the South Pacific region are Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Nauru, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Tonga & Samoa.

ISPO ANMS has worked with Fijian authorities to develop the capacity of local staff

ISPO has worked with the health authorities and parter agencies in Australia to facilitate volunteer placements and ongoing training for local staff

ISPO and partner agencies facilitated the establishment of this nations only prosthetics and orthotics service, the Tungaru Rehabilitation Service
